Delivery Instructions/Shipping Details

Because each of our manufacturers have a different delivery method, the instructions to accept each delivery are different as well. Listed below are the policies for each manufacturer when delivering cabinets.

JSI Cabinetry: Delivered using a common carrier. A delivery appointment will be set up by the customer as well as a 4 hour window given. Common carriers only drop the cabinets off to a garage, if paved, or curbside, if the driveway is either dirt or gravel. A pallet jack may be used to bring the cabinets into the garage but is not required to. Customer will be responsible to set up a delivery time, check the cabinets in for inspection and deliver inside the home.  

Merillat Cabinetry: Delivered using their own trucks. Cabinets will be delivered into the garage or inside the house upon request. (There may be $100 fee for in home delivery) Customer will be given a four hour window by the distribution company and a 1 hour call ahead may be requested.  

North American Cabinetry: Delivered using a common carrier. A delivery appointment will be set up by the customer as well as a 4 hour window given. Pioneer Cabinetry: Delivered using their own trucks. Customers will receive an approximate date of delivery roughly 2 weeks before cabinets are scheduled to be delivered. Customers will then receive a call from the delivery company to set up a delivery appointment. Cabinets will be delivered into the garage or into the first floor of any home upon request. 

Quality Cabinetry: Delivered using their own trucks. Cabinets will be delivered into the garage or inside the house upon request. (There may be $100 fee for in home delivery) Customer will be given a four hour window by the distribution company and a 1 hour call ahead may be requested.  

River Run Cabinetry: Delivered using their own trucks. Cabinets will be delivered into the garage or inside the house upon request. (There may be $100 fee for in home delivery) Customer will be given a four hour window by the distribution company and a 1 hour call ahead may be requested.  

Starmark Cabinetry: Delivered using their own trucks. Customers will receive an approximate date of delivery roughly 2 weeks before cabinets are scheduled to be delivered. Customers will then receive a call from the delivery company to set up a delivery appointment. Cabinets will be delivered into the garage.  

Wood-Mode (Brookhaven) Cabinetry: Delivered using their own trucks. Customers will receive an approximate date of delivery roughly 2.5 weeks before cabinets are scheduled to be delivered. Customers will then receive a call from the delivery company to set up a delivery appointment. Cabinets will need to be unloaded by someone off the back of the delivery truck.


  • Deliveries will be made: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm
  • A person over the age of 18 must be there to sign for the shipment.
  • The delivery carrier will call to confirm the delivery date and schedule the delivery within an eight-hour time window.
  • Communicate any special delivery circumstances to your designer or in the “special instructions” box prior to placing your order.
  • Delivery to your address may be limited by location or other circumstances. We reserve the right to change delivery methods and/or carriers. Please confirm this with your sales rep before placing order.
  • If a scheduled delivery does not occur because of circumstances beyond the control of the delivery carrier, an additional charge will be applied to the order for re-delivery. (Example: customer not home, unable to deliver due to pertinent information not provided, etc.)
  • If a scheduled delivery cannot take place due to weather, etc., the delivery carrier will call and reschedule. (Delivery carrier is not responsible for lost time or wages.)

Replacements

Each of our manufacturers have various capabilities and therefore your replacements could take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

JSI Cabinetry: 7 Business Days

Merillat Cabinetry: 15 Business Days

North American Cabinetry: 15 Business Days

Pioneer Cabinetry: 10 Business Days

Quality Cabinetry: 15 Business Days

River Run Cabinetry: 15 Buiness Days
