From our design team informing you on all our products, to our logistics team that will help track and coordinate delivery, to our free interior designer service offered to all customers. Like parts to a car that help the engine run smoothly, we are incredibly particular about the manufacturers we bring into our showroom. Each one of these manufacturers was strategically chosen for a specific purpose. All manufacturers must go through a stringent six month trial period where cabinetry construction and finish are tested and references are thoroughly questioned. If our design team is satisfied, the cabinetry is allowed on the showroom floor. If anytime in that first year that damage and warranty items exceed 3% of sales, we remove the cabinetry from the showroom and start the process over again. We want to make sure that people know when they purchase from us, they’re getting a quality product.
